One nice theme some people often try when they have a lot of photos of people as they grew up was to make a scrapbook with that theme - growing up (mentally and/or physically) together. You could do it by individual and how they grew up or grew on you, or do it by time-frame and have the pictures going by date and how you all grew up together. Usually the second option makes a better scrapbook, and you can include things you did together or remember from around the time periods of each of the pictures.

Making an album can be fun! First if you want to make what I refer to as a mini album (anything smaller that 12X12) then you can use a verity of techniques to make a durable and great looking album.
Sorry this is going to be a bit long, but I hope it helps!

First you want to make sure you use some sturdy material for the covers. You can buy sheets of chipboard (which is really thick, sturdy, cardboard like material that is fairly cheep) at any craft store. You'll want to cover it with paper or paint it to your liking.
Make your pages just a bit smaller than your covers so the edges are protected. If you'd like to use page protectors then get the size you like and cut your chipboard to fit them.
Once you have your covers and pages you will need to bind it. There are lots of ways to bind, but if you are looking for fast, cheap, easy, and nice looking then you might want to try metal rings. They allow for easy opening and viewing of your book, and you can cover them with ribbon or buy really nice ones in craft stores.
To cut the holes you can either mark with a ruler on your covers/pages or if you are using page protectors line them up with the cover and use the holes already in them. You can use a heavy duty punch to punch out the holes and construct your album! Then scrap away!!

Makenna - I am so glad that I saw your post! I have had the same problem! I have belonged to over 13 different clubs searching for the right one to suite all of my needs. I have belonged to Monthly-Memories.com for 3 months now and they have been the answer for me!

They have different designers for their layouts so you get supplies, ideas, and diversity! They also claim that their layouts can be completed in less than 30 min. I doubted that at first but 3 months later I haven't had one layout that takes longer! To tell you the truth most of them have only taken 15-20 min!

I have included a link and you really should check it out! It is only $20 each month which is one of the better priced clubs out there and they make their own paper and stickers so all of the stuff is original and can't be found in a store! It has been just right for me!
